In March of this year, I went a local pow-wow and was so impressed with the wide variety of the artwork there.  What impressed me most, though, was the beaded jewelry.  I was reminded of when I made beaded jewelry as a teen.  A family friend had shown some basics and I carried on myself for awhile before I moved on to other interests. I've been out of school since the spring of 2010 and haven't been able to find work since then, either.  I have really been in a dark place because of all the trouble I've been having and really needed an escape but I had no creative energy nor desire to draw anything and so, my dark place got ever darker. I find that people are still visiting and adding my designs as favorites, no less, after all this time without any updates.  For that, I can only say "Thank You!" to all of you.  It's been around a year, now, since I've seriously drawn anything or been able to find inspiriation for new visual pieces.  It's not that I'm "done" with drawing, but drawing for drawing's sake doesn't hold the same appeal to me that it once did.  For the last several months, I have, in fact, been throwing my energies into beaded crafts, and I hope to be selling some of them by the end of the year.  I've found that starting up a small business is no laughing matt
